ShakeOut Spotlights

As the central United States is earthquake country, it is important for everyone to know what to do before, during, and after an earthquake. The Great Central U.S. ShakeOut provides an opportunity for you to practice these important steps. By practicing now, individuals, businesses, and communities can learn how to better prepare themselves for earthquakes and other disasters, increasing their potential for survival after one of these events.

Below are "ShakeOut Spotlights" about people, businesses, schools and others who are participating in the Great Central U.S. ShakeOut. We'd like to thank them for their participation in the ShakeOut and commitment to preparing themselves and their communities for disasters. If you would like to be featured in a ShakeOut Spotlight, email shakeout@cusec.org.
