ECA Associates for Imperial County

Earthquake Country Alliance (ECA) Associates are people who are working together to encourage the residents, schools, organizations, and businesses of their county to participate in The Great California ShakeOut. Many are giving presentations in their communities, participating in local events, or contacting other local leaders to help spread the word.
