If you are a California ShakeOut participant and your email address is not recognized, try another email address you may have used, then please contact us if you still have no success.

Have you registered before?

This form is for renewals or updates only. You receive an access code only after you register for the ShakeOut. If you have never registered, you do not have an access code.
