ShakeOut Take-Home Materials for Schools

The following materials are available for you to download and send home with your students. As an alternative you can also e-mail one or more of the items to parents/guardians. The items include a sample school letter informing parents about the ShakeOut and related handouts about earthquake preparedness from several partners.

The materials can be distributed individually or you may select the combination of your choice.

To help you in your decision-making we have divided the materials into documents that are essential and those that provide additional information about preparedness and the ShakeOut.

In addition to materials to send home with students, you may also wish to record an auto-dial message to parents using our sample phone script (in English and Spanish)
