Full Description:
This building houses the Greater Victoria Public Library and the offices of 6 different provincial ministries. With no public announcement system and zero budget, the Emergency Response Team uses couriers and paper forms as a reporting system. We manage to secure the building and keep a potential of 1200 people all accounted for and safe in emergency situations. Our First Aid Team have radios and communicate with the Chief Building Warden, who relays information from the reports to them and EMT responders.
